Distributed Business Transactions (DBT)
The main targets of the DBT Observation and Management in the system
are the Distributed Business Transactions between different parties,
participating in electronic trade collaborations. Each Transaction is
Uniquely Identified for all Collaborating Parties and its entire
Lifecycle is traced, from the initial Customer's Inquiry, through
the Quotation, Negotiation, Order Confirmation, Delivery Execution,
Payments, to the final Transaction Completion and Results Registration
in the Credit Story, Availability, Market and Categories.

Party Structures Management (PSM)
PSM dynamically maintains the Organizational Structure of the
company, regarding internal (departments, stores, employees…)
and external (customers, suppliers, distributors…) parties,
participating in different business processes. Different structures,
formed according to different views - Functional, Administrative,
Financial, Market, Territorial - can be maintained simultaneously.
Each party (organizational entity) may have independent localization
and behavior and establish different relationships with other parties.
